Never Give Personal Information 

Several members have reported receiving a text message indicating their debit card has been locked. The victims are then asked to call 800.454.9022 and enter personal information to enable their cards. You should never respond to these texts by providing the requested information – no matter how urgent the message may seem. Remember, Texell has your information!

We will never contact you to ask your PIN number, social security number, your driver’s license number, your debit or credit card number or your account number. Never give personal information out over the phone unless you initiate the phone call.
