ANDI is our automated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week information service. Call ANDI to hear account balances, loan balances, and recent transactions — just by using your phone!
To Use ANDI, Follow These Easy Steps:

Call 254.773.1604, and choose option 1 for ANDI.

Enter your member number to access the Account menu.

When prompted, enter your account PIN followed by a # to verify your identity.

Enter your share or loan ID to access the share/loan menu. If you don't recall your share ID, press * for a list of all shares within your account

Press 1 for the selected share/loan balance, or press 2 for recent transactions.

To repeat a balance or transaction, press 1.

To skip a transaction, press 2.

To repeat a transaction phonetically, press 3.

To go back to the last menu, press *.

If you need other assistance, press 0 to be transferred to Member Services.
Digital Banking
For the most up-to-date information, you can use Digital Banking on your computer and on your smart phone. There, you can:
- Check balances, view history and transfer funds
- View your FICO score
- Locate nearby branches and ATMs
- Make deposits
- Apply for a loan
