A mobile wallet is stored on your mobile device and provides a convenient and secure way to make payments.

How to I use my mobile wallet?
When checking out at participating merchants, access your mobile wallet and select your Texell debit or credit card. For in-store purchases: hold your device up to the contactless symbol. For mobile and online purchases: look for the Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Garmin Pay logo.

Which merchants accept mobile wallets?
Mobile wallets work at more than 220,000 locations nationwide, including McDonald’s, Chick-fil-a, CVS, Walgreen’s and Target.

Does it cost me anything to use mobile wallets?
No, it does not cost you anything extra to use mobile wallets. You require an active data plan or Wi-fi connection to add your card to a mobile wallet. Based upon your mobile plan and network, additional message and/or data charges may apply.

Are my payments safe with mobile wallets?
Yes. When you use mobile wallets, your card number isn’t stored on your phone or given to the merchant. A unique digital code is created specifically for that device. Since mobile wallets don’t store your credit or debit card number on the device, you never reveal your name, card number or security code to merchants.

When I use the camera to add the card, the card details are not showing correctly. What do I do?
In the event your card detail cannot be captured by your phone through your camera, proceed with entering in all the required fields manually. This will also process and add your card normally into your mobile wallet.

What happens to my mobile wallet when I get a new phone/device?
If you replace your device, you will need to add your Texell card(s) again your mobile wallet on the new device.

Will I continue to earn BONUS Reward Points on purchases made through a mobile wallet?
Yes. Purchases made through your mobile wallet will earn BONUS Reward Points.

How will mobile transactions appear on my statement?
Transactions made through mobile wallets will appear on account and credit card statements the same as all other transactions.

What if I need to return an item purchases with a mobile wallet?
Returns are processed the same as those made with a debit or credit card.

Can I add my Texell card to more than one mobile wallet?
Yes, you can add your Texell credit and debit cards on multiple devices.
